In the first session we will look at where you are and where you want to go. Whether it is increased strength, increased cardio or if you want to learn new skills such as handstands and pull-ups. I will write you a plan that will bring you to the next level in your life when it comes to health and fitness goals.
I will address both your weakness and your strengths and we will work together until you get there.
You can purchase single sessions up to 20 sessions at a time.
