These 45 minute small group sessions are geared to help children learn how to move. With a combination of functional movement, games and daily workouts, the kids will learn how to have fun with fitness, as well as learn about healthy living and positive body image.
The goal for this program is to teach kids that fitness is fun and emphasize positive mindset and good functional movement. We will combine strength training, gymnastics, running and body weight exercises to build strength, speed, agility and endurance.
We will also teach proper body maintenance "stretching and mobility" to help the children with their ever growing body and joints.
The program will be run for both children (6-12 years old) and teens (12+ years old).
Only 4 spots available per session. First come first serve.
Kids Cub Club (6-12 years old) = Monday or Wednesday 4:30-5:15pm
Teens Cub Club (12+ years old) = Tuesday or Thursday 4:30-5:15pm
If all sessions fill up I might add other sessions. TBD.
