Clients have improved joint mobility and increased strength after working with me and addressing their weakest link. Included in the program is a 1 hour assessment as well as another 1 hour session where we go through proper technique and movement mechanics.
Once we address your problem areas I will write you a program that you can do from home on a daily basis that will improve your joint mobility, decrease your pain and improve your strength around that joint.
