All programs include 1 hour goals and gymnastics strength assessment, and a weekly call or email from Coach Mia following up on your progress.
Programs can be 4-week or 12-weeks in length and will be personalized to meet your needs and reach your gymnastics goals.
The goals and strength assessment will look at where you are now and where you want to go. We will go through your gymnastics goals as well as test your baseline gymnastics strength.
I will find out your strengths and weaknesses and write a program that works for you.
I will then make you accountable until you reach your goals.
