Personalized Fitness Programs

Do any of these sound like you? 

You are bored with your gym routine or are hitting a plateau.
You want to reach the next level in your training.
You want the programming and accountability of a coach but do not want a personal trainer.
You are training for a sport and need some additional coaching and motivation.

All programs include 1 hour goals and strength assessment, and a weekly call or email from Coach Mia following up on your progress.

Programs can be 4-week or 12-weeks in length and will be personalized to meet your needs and reach your goals. 

The goals and strength assessment will look at where you are now and where you want to go. We will go through your fitness goals as well as test your baseline strength. 

I will find out your strengths and weaknesses and write a program that works for you. 

I will then make you accountable until you reach your goals.
