ONE THING -> ONE HABIT -> ONE DAY AT A TIME

Is there a habit in your life that you have wanted to change but haven't had the time, energy or willpower to do it?

I have finished the first edit of my book The First 30 (title still under review) and I am looking for volunteers to go through my 30 day habit changing program with me.

The program will be FREE and I will coach you through 30 days of changing your habit. I will send you book excerpts daily as well as a daily action plan to help move you in the direction of self-discipline. 

If you are looking for self-discipline around food, alcohol, exercise, meditation, journaling, or whatever habit you want to remove or add, I will help you through the first 30 days.

During those days I will also give you the tools to stay consistent with your new habit to make you successful at keeping your habit past our 30 days together. 

It all starts with mindset and positive habits.



No matter how many times you have tried and failed in the past, today is a new day and you CAN and WILL DO IT. 

All you need is the desire to change, the belief that you can and trust in me that I will help you along the way.
